Based in Ringwood (with hybrid working)
£35,000 to £40,000 per annum (DOE)
40 hours per week, typically Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm

We’re on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Learning & Development Partner to lead and elevate our training across the organisation. If you’re looking to drive real change, inspire teams, and champion quality in the childcare sector, we want to hear from you.
The Role
You’ll report directly to the Head of People and Culture, taking full ownership of our training function—from planning and delivery to evaluation and compliance. You’ll create and lead training programmes that inspire our teams and meet the highest standards set by Ofsted and our own expectations.
You’ll be more than just a trainer—you’ll be a trusted partner to directors, managers, and front-line teams, helping us grow a strong, knowledgeable, and confident workforce.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Designing and delivering engaging, relevant training across the organisation
- Leading our training calendar—ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and in line with our values
- Acting as the go-to expert for all things training—supporting teams, liaising with external providers, and ensuring compliance
- Gathering feedback, adapting content, and constantly improving the learning experience
- Managing training records, reports, and audits with precision and professionalism
What You’ll Need
- Experience within the children’s home sector, ideally as a leader or trainer
- A recognised training qualification (e.g., PTLLS, AET Level 3, CIPD L&D, or teaching background)
- Confidence in delivering training to adults with a range of learning needs
- A collaborative, professional can-do attitude with a great sense of humour!
- Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Experienced in using Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
