At Beaufort Care Group we strongly believe in continued Learning and Development and in providing our teams the opportunity to develop existing skills as well as to gain new ones.  This may include:

Diplomas; varying levels,  in Health and Social Care or Children and Young People

In addition Learning and Development is consistently reviewed and discussed within individual supervision and annual appraisal to ensure that we are meeting the needs of our workforce, providing the best possible services to our young people and are complaint at all times with the Ofsted framework and Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.

Beaufort Training HUB

The Beaufort Care Group Training Hub opened in January 2016 as part of a new head office premises. The new site is equipped with a fantastic training room and facilities for external hire for company training provision.  The premises are located at the end of a long tarmac drive in an attractive rural location yet just off the Verwood exit from the A31 trunk road.
