Ongoing training

Regular training and development ensure that our team continues to deliver the best care for our young people. Team performance is evaluated on an ongoing basis. Managers also discuss learning and development needs with individual team members during formal appraisals. All training provided is in line with the Ofsted framework and the Children’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
